The story

A moving company, not a booking website

Anywhere Anytime Moving started in Sebring in 2016 with one truck and a simple rule: quote it honestly, then move it like it matters. A decade later, the rule still runs the company.

Ray Callahan founded the company in 2016 after years of crewing moves around Highlands County. He still rides along on move days — and still answers the phone when the schedule gets interesting.

Family-run, not a call center. The people who answer the phone sit a few steps from the trucks. Licensed and insured, and when you book us you get us — our crew, our truck, our plan. No subcontracted crews, no morning-of surprises.

Anywhere, taken literally. Flexible dates, early starts to beat the Florida heat, and routes that stretch from the next town over to the bigger cities — the name is the promise we work to keep.

We move households: local and residential moves, senior moves, storage loading and unloading, and last-minute help when the date is closer than you would like.

How we work

What you can expect from our team

Moving is mostly a planning problem. The crews who show up prepared move faster, protect more, and finish calmer — so preparation is where we put the work.

We ask about access before we quote it: stairs, elevators, gates, driveway length, and the walk from the truck to the door.

We protect what the day depends on: floor runners, doorway guards, wrapped furniture, and a load order that keeps fragile pieces fragile.

We put agreements in writing: the estimate lists the work and the price, and the crew works from the same list you approved.

Based in Sebring, moving across Central and Southwest Florida

Since 2016, our trucks have run the routes below: weekly work in Avon Park, Lake Placid, Wauchula, and Frostproof, and planned moves along the corridors to Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Kissimmee, and Cape Coral.

If your route is not on the list, ask anyway. We would rather tell you straight that we can cover a route than leave you guessing.

Moving experiences with Anywhere Anytime Moving

This crew moved an 800 pound hot tub with ease. The crew did amazing work. Very professional and thorough.

I was present while Anywhere Anytime Moving moved my Aunt's Grand Piano. The crew was friendly and took excellent care as they disassembled, padded, moved and loaded the piano. We visited the piano after it was reassembled in its new home at a local venue in Sebring. Excellent Service and reasonable price for a crew of three and full morning. Thank you.

The two-person crew were absolutely amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better pair of men to get the job done. Very impressive, professional and personable. Took time to ensure they were careful with the furniture they delivered. I highly recommend their service.

The movers were great! They were very efficient & professional! However, at the end of the move when I was preparing to pay, I was advised that I would be charged an additional fee to process my payment because I used a card. I was unaware of this as there had been no additional communication outside of an email reminder the day before about my scheduled move. I used a card to pay my deposit and was not charged a processing fee. Had I known about a processing fee I would have prepared another form of payment. Other than that unexpected fee, the movers were amazing! A great group of hardworking guys who made the move less stressful.

Solid job overall. Two complaints prevent a much better rating. First, they took lunch without telling me. I don't mind at all that they took lunch, but not letting me know meant I was waiting for them in an empty house for 45 minutes. If they had just told me, I could have gotten some things done. Second, they tried to take my headboard down the steps without fully disassembling it first which led to a) 40 minutes of time wasted (a little irritating when they charge by the hour) and b) they broke my hand railing and didn't repair it. I don't think I would use them again
