Keep, give, and let go
The person moving and their family decide what travels, what goes to family, and what gets donated or sold. Sorting and donation pickups are separate tasks — plan them before moving day so the load stays clean.
Downsizing or moving to a retirement community? We pace the day around the person moving, coordinate with family, and handle the loading and unloading with care.

Downsizing is decisions first, boxes second. This is how we help families get both right.

A simple room-by-room list tells the crew where the bed, the recliner, and the dresser go. Ask about labeling help, room placement, or unpacking during the estimate call and we will include what is available.
Retirement communities and managed buildings have move-in windows, elevator reservations, and parking rules. Get the current requirements from the property and share them with us — we schedule the crew around them.
Pick one family member as the main contact for questions and decisions on moving day. Medications, documents, keys, and a few days of clothing stay with the person moving — never on the truck.

Request a moving estimate and we will call to confirm the date, both addresses, access at each location, and any special requests. Mention stairs, an elevator, or a narrow driveway when you know about them — access shapes how the day is staffed.
Use the weeks before the move to downsize room by room, label boxes, and set aside essentials. Ask the new community about its move-in rules. If you need help with packing, unpacking, or moving items into a storage unit, ask during the estimate call and we will confirm what is available for your move.
The person moving should help decide what travels and where it goes. Measure the new rooms before choosing which big furniture makes the trip. Keep medications, documents, and everyday items separate from the packed boxes. If family is coordinating from different cities, agree on one contact who can answer questions on the day. And check the new building’s move-in hours before the date gets locked in.
The person moving and their family. Walk the home room by room and mark what goes to the new place, what family members are taking, and what will be donated, sold, or left behind. The crew works from that final list.
Move-in windows, elevator reservations, parking, hallway protection, and required documents. Every property has its own rules — get the current requirements and pass them to us so the crew arrives prepared.
Yes. Choose one person as the main contact for the moving company — someone who knows the addresses, dates, and property rules and can be reached on moving day. If the person moving will not be present, tell us who will be there instead.
Placement, unpacking, and assembly depend on the scope of the move. Bring those needs up when we discuss the estimate and we will confirm what can be included.
Have a family member or friend at each location to let the crew in and make decisions. Tell us ahead of time who will be there, and give us a phone number where that person can be reached during the move.
It depends on how much is moving, the size of the home, access at both ends, and any extra services. After the estimate call we can give you a realistic schedule for your specific move.
Leave your contact details and we will call to talk through both locations, the date, the household items, and any extra help your family needs.
This crew moved an 800 pound hot tub with ease. The crew did amazing work. Very professional and thorough.
I was present while Anywhere Anytime Moving moved my Aunt's Grand Piano. The crew was friendly and took excellent care as they disassembled, padded, moved and loaded the piano. We visited the piano after it was reassembled in its new home at a local venue in Sebring. Excellent Service and reasonable price for a crew of three and full morning. Thank you.
The two-person crew were absolutely amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better pair of men to get the job done. Very impressive, professional and personable. Took time to ensure they were careful with the furniture they delivered. I highly recommend their service.
The movers were great! They were very efficient & professional! However, at the end of the move when I was preparing to pay, I was advised that I would be charged an additional fee to process my payment because I used a card. I was unaware of this as there had been no additional communication outside of an email reminder the day before about my scheduled move. I used a card to pay my deposit and was not charged a processing fee. Had I known about a processing fee I would have prepared another form of payment. Other than that unexpected fee, the movers were amazing! A great group of hardworking guys who made the move less stressful.
Solid job overall. Two complaints prevent a much better rating. First, they took lunch without telling me. I don't mind at all that they took lunch, but not letting me know meant I was waiting for them in an empty house for 45 minutes. If they had just told me, I could have gotten some things done. Second, they tried to take my headboard down the steps without fully disassembling it first which led to a) 40 minutes of time wasted (a little irritating when they charge by the hour) and b) they broke my hand railing and didn't repair it. I don't think I would use them again
